THE BOAT SHED - The old boat sheds at Second Valley are gradually being eroded by the salt, spray, rust and wind at this, one of South Australia's hidden secrets. These days a small holiday village and popular scuba diving area, many of these decaying sheds hide fishing boats built over 70 years ago. The surrounding cliffs and coves are rugged and offer examples of geological folding in their strata.(D)
